Universal Banker

Youngsville, LA

The Universal Banker provides exceptional customer service while performing both Teller and Platform duties. The person in this position will be expected to eagerly market the Bank’s products and services to new and existing clients.  The Universal Banker is also tasked with performing Teller transactions, servicing customers with non-complex platform needs and opening new deposit accounts.

Chief Credit Officer

Morgan City, Greater New Orleans or Acadiana Market Area

The Chief Credit Officer (CCO) serves as the senior executive responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bank’s credit function. This includes credit decisioning, portfolio monitoring, and risk management across all lending lines; Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Business Lending, Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Equipment Lending & Leasing, Government Guaranteed Lending, Small Business Administration (SBA) programs, and Consumer Lending. As a strategic leader, the CCO ensures that loans are prudently underwritten, risks are properly identified, and credit structures are designed to mitigate those risks while supporting the Bank’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive credit leadership experience, including loan workout and restructuring expertise, with the ability to balance strategic direction against day-to-day execution and manage risk versus reward. The CCO will play a vital role in helping the Bank achieve its strategic goals in a disciplined, client-focused, and cost-effective manner.

Commercial Relationship Manager

New Orleans, LA

The Commercial Relationship Manager serves the financial needs of the community commercial banking business, customizing a range of bank products and services to meet the needs of the commercial client.  The job acquires, develops and manages commercial banking relationships by providing solutions customized for the customer to build a strategy for immediate needs along with a focus on growing the portfolio for new and existing customers.  The role is a trusted advisor with sensitivity to the customer’s operating environment, structures and packages practical and competitive solutions which demonstrates an understanding of the financing, cash management and overall business needs of the customer.

Business Development Manager

Lafayette, LA

The Business Development Manager oversees business banking activities for two retail branches in the Acadiana market.  This role is vital to the organization’s success by driving growth through strategic relationship management and promoting cross-functional services, identifying new opportunities, fostering client loyalty and connecting customers with comprehensive solutions across residential real estate, business banking, and investments.
