Retail Operations Specialist - Morgan City, LA

The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for building high performing branch teams and delivering well balanced results in all aspects of retail banking in coordination with the Retail Market Leadership. A Retail Support Specialists ensures sound risk management, internal controls, servicing guidelines in addition to managing operational aspects of the branches including audit, fraud, and losses.

Universal Banker - Covington, LA

The Universal Banker provides exceptional customer service in both teller activities and banker activities while cross-selling, selling, and referring bank products and services to new and existing customers. The Universal Banker recommends appropriate products and services related to spending and saving needs of the customers. The Universal Banker completes teller transactions, services customers with non-complex platform needs, and opens new deposit accounts.

Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of key information technology and fraud management systems. You will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of existing systems, as well as collaborating with leadership to develop and deploy innovative solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing technical guidance and support to staff members on various systems and applications. The Technical Consultant may work from any of our market areas, Covington, Houma, Lafayette, Morgan City, or New Orleans.
